Nkanta Hines  is a transformation coach, consultant, and speaker. Nkanta has led within multinational organizations experiencing diverse cultures and coaching a broad spectrum of leaders and organizations. His experiences inspired him to establish a transformation focused organization challenging leaders to transform in more powerful and innovative ways. Nkanta believes positive change comes from self-awareness, continuously learning, and leading with purpose. His creative, collaborative, and inspiring methods have helped individuals and organizations gain clarity and confidence in leading change.

Nkanta holds an MBA from Averett University, a Master's in Biomedical Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Neuroleadership Institute, and Certificates in Executive Leadership, High-Performance Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion all from Cornell University and is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner since 2003. He is also an advisor to other consulting firms as a Strategy and Diversity expert along with high-level facilitation and keynote speaking on culture, leadership and strategy topics. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, listening to live music and serving as a community agent.
